About the role

In this role you will be responsible for selling our hardware offering that consists of handheld computers, forklift computers, scanners, voice and printers. We offer our hardware as an integrated solution together with our Best-of-Breed Warehouse Management System Astro WMS® and therefore you will be working close together with our sales team for our WMS product.

An important capability to be successful in this role is to be able to understand or customers warehouse processes and based on this define the right solution for our customers consisting of both software and hardware.

You will both act as sales support but also as the main driver for a hardware sales case. It is expected that you proactive drive sales cases and look for new opportunities. This will be done by customer visits but also via digital channels. An important factor as well is internal follow up to get the most out of our normal sales force.

We work in close cooperation with the market leading manufacturers of hardware for warehouse operations such as Zebra Technologies, Honeywell and JLT. You will have direct contact with these suppliers in terms of price negation for larger deals and product knowledge

Your Profile

We believe that you have several years of experience within sales with strong business acumen and proven result from developing hardware business. You would probably describe yourself as an ambitious and driven colleague with a growth mindset. Moreover, you have a passion for sales combined with a technical interest of the hardware products we sell. You have a selling personality and enjoy being in the center, presenting our message in a confident way. To be successful in this role we believe that you should have

• Sales experience with a track record of delivering results combining hardware and software.
• Experience from Zebra/Honeywell products or similar.
• Team selling experience and experience from selling solutions and not just individual products.
• Experience of warehouse processes and functions, it’s not a must but a plus.
• Good communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English is a must.

Other

Your workplace will be at our head office in Lund. We are an international company and you will work together with colleagues in other parts of Sweden and northern Europe. You will travel frequently within the Nordics and occasionally also to rest of Europe. Approximately 50 % of the time is estimated to be spent out of the office. In this role you will report to the Product Manager for Hardware.
