We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our international marketing team on our journey to strengthen Consafe Logistics’ position as the leading supplier of warehouse management solutions in Europe.

About the position

In the role of Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all local events, local marketing campaigns and activities, customer case stories, local PR activities, and to follow up and track marketing results in close collaboration with sales and account managers. You will work closely with the local organization, sales and marketing to meet the agreed goals and targets.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that local insights and requirements weigh in on centrally driven marketing initiatives
• Planning and executing of all local events, campaigns, and communication initiatives
• Working closely with local sales and account managers to support demand generation and cross sell and up-sell opportunities
• Attending sales meetings and other relevant local meetings
• Driving the monthly local marketing alignment meeting with sales, account managers, division managers, and managing director
• Coordinating the localization of all marketing materials and creating local relevant assets such as press releases and customer case studies
• Contributing towards the overall development of the company’s brand and visual identity, as well as increasing local brand awareness
• Supporting partner marketing initiatives in the local markets
• Managing lead tracking and the follow up activities
• Support local internal communication

Your Profile

• You have a degree in marketing, media or communication or a similar qualification
• You have at least 1-3 years of professional experience in international B2B marketing
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Swedish and English, any other Nordic language is a bonus
• Ability to work collaboratively across team and in a team environment

• Experience in content creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Working knowledge of Hubspot or similar marketing automation system
• Strong organizational skills and ability to report and update management directly
• Experience in supply chain and logistics is an advantage but not a must
• Experience of creating graphical material such as flyers, banners, etc in InDesign/Photoshop or any similar tool based on clear brand guidelines
