About the role

We are now looking for a Group Product and Partner Manager to lead our Product management team and Partner organization. This is a new role in Consafe Logistics Group, and you will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. The Group Product and Partner Manager will be a part of the COO management team. This role is essential in securing our continued success in delivering world class supply chain solutions to customers using logistics as a competitive advantage.

Your responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for Product Management within the group. You will be responsible for our product strategy, executing on product roadmaps as well as the overall product portfolio management. We want our product development process to become more agile, and you will play an important role in driving this transformation.

Product packaging is also the responsibility of product management and this include making the product ready for smooth implementation in different verticals by preparing marketing material, documentations, pre-configurations etc.

You will also be responsible for product marketing and setting the Go-To- Market strategy. We are transforming from a traditional license-based offering to a SaaS based offering, and you will continue to drive this transformation. Another important responsibility is to gather business intelligence and keep the organization updated on the WMS market and our competitors.

As we have high ambitions within the sustainability area it will an important task to further improve our products sustainability profile and most importantly how it contributes to more sustainable operations for our customers.

Moreover, you will also be responsible for our partner strategy - to develop existing and new partnerships within Supply Chain IT.

Last but certainly not least, you are responsible for building a high performing and successful organization through your engaging leadership!

Your Profile

We believe you are a senior leader with experience from running a product and/or partner organization. You would probably describe yourself as an ambitious and driven colleague with a growth mindset. You have a strong business drive with a proven track record of solid results within those fields. In this position we value the following experiences:

• Experience of developing product strategy including expansion of product portfolio
• Experience of WMS/WCS, Software products, automation equipment or ERP systems is a merit.
• Experience of building international partnerships
• Experience from product management of software products
• Experience of transformation from offering products to selling services

As a person you are a high performer with a strong focus on delivering results and solid leadership skills. You have a willingness to work with state-of-the-art SW and logistics solutions and to learn new things. Of course, it is important that you are passionate about your work and want to take an active role in our continued success.

Your primary workplace is our head office in Lund. As part of our international team you work closely together with customers and colleagues in Sweden and around the world. Travel is a natural part of the job.
