Consafe Logistics is a software company that develops and implements warehouse management software. Our product, Astro WMS®, makes operations of logistics and supply chain companies smarter, more effective, and thus more sustainable. We’ve been in the business for more than 40 years, and we still love it! We are now looking for a Senior Sales Executive for the Belgium market with the ambition to build and lead our Belgium team.
About the role
In this position you will be initially responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical business plans for the Belgium market. You will manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification and closure.
You will work closely together with our marketing team and your local sales colleagues and will report to the Managing Director Central Europe.
After establishing a client base you will be responsible for building and leading a Belgium team of Consafe Logistic employees.
What makes you a great candidate?
Besides having strong business acumen we believe that you should have experience and a proven sales track record in developing new markets and closing of new customers. You are a person with strong communication skills, you work in a structured way and have a highly developed commercial drive. We also believe that you proactively challenge the prospects and take initiatives.
You are able to motivate and inspire your future team and with that establish a solid base of satisfied customers.
You are a Belgium resident and are fluent in Dutch and English as communication and documentation takes place in these languages. If you also speak French that’s a bonus!
