What does a Junior Project Manager do at Consafe Logistics? 

Our project managers play an important role in building a long-term, trusted relationship with our customers. As a junior project manager, you will manage Astro WMS ® software upgrade projects and minor adjustments in existing customer applications. You will work according to our project model (Promise) and represent the project group towards the customer. As you grow within this role, you will take on more complex projects.

What would your daily work look like?   

In this role, you will work closely with a team of application consultants and developers.

Your responsibilities will be to: 

• Plan, organize, and direct project resources and deliverables and structure the work according to our project model (Promise)
• Plan and manage steering group meetings 
• Create and maintain project progress reports 
• Represent Consafe Logistics and the project group towards the customer 
• Evaluate and analyze the project result and contribute to improvements 
• Contribute to an efficient and positive working climate in the project group and for the customer 

What makes you a great candidate? 

A structured way of working and good communication skills are important to be successful in this role. You also need to demonstrate drive and ownership for the activities under your responsibility.

Other required o preferred qualifications:

• You have experience working with software development, logistics or WMS (preferred)
• You are skilled in Microsoft Office
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• You have a bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain/Logistics or related education
