Consafe Logistics is a software company that develops and implements warehouse management software. Our product, Astro WMS®, makes operations of logistics and supply chain companies smarter, more effective, and thus more sustainable. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to play a central role in our business expansion within the UK market.
About the role
In this role, you’ll not only have the opportunity to make a significant impact right from the start, but also pave the way for your own professional growth within our company.
As the first employee in the UK, you’ll play a critical role in our successful expansion, with the potential to evolve into a leadership position as we continue to grow the team.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical business plans for the UK market. You will manage all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and closure.
Our customers are mainly large companies with international operations, and you will be interacting with both senior management, IT/logistics and warehouse manager.
The work is project-oriented and as a Sales Manager, you are accountable for the sales project. You will be responsible for the coordination of all internal functions and the expertise that needs to be involved in the sales activities.
You will work closely with our international sales team, and you will report to the UK Country Manager.

You are a person with strong communication skills, you work in a structured way and have a highly developed commercial drive. Besides having strong business acumen we believe that you have experience and a proven sales track record in developing new markets and securing new customers in a B2B environment.
To succeed in this role, it is essential to be both resilient and determined. You will navigate a landscape characterized by long sales cycles, where your dedication to staying top-of-mind with potential clients is crucial. Additionally, you should possess a proactive attitude towards working quite independently locally, especially in the beginning as the first employee in the UK, taking ownership of establishing our presence and driving sales initiatives.
You thrive on the concept of social selling, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn not only to showcase your personal brand but also to engage with potential clients in a meaningful and impactful way. You understand the power of building authentic relationships through online networking, utilizing LinkedIn as a dynamic tool to connect, educate, and ultimately drive sales success.
Formal Requirements:
If you meet the following criteria, you might be a great fit:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or warehouse management system, ERP or similar.
- Education: Holding a higher academic education degree, such as a bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent, further enhances your suitability for this position.
