Project Manager Belgium

We are looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our Benelux team.
The position will be based at our Benelux office in Breda, The Netherlands. We have the intention to open up an office in the Antwerp region (Belgium) next year.
Your role
Implementing or changing a WMS effects the core business of our customer. Creating trust is therefore a crucial part of your role. As their main contact person you create this trust with your structured way of working, combined with excellent communication and leadership skills.
As a Project Manager at Consafe Logistics you will work in close cooperation with our operations team. You make sure that expectations are managed and all stakeholders are informed in a professional and timely manner.
Your responsibilities
- Work according to our project model (Promise)
- Planning, executing, monitoring and controlling project resources, deliverables, milestones, risk and budget
- Plan and manage steering group meeting
- Create and maintain project progress report
- Notify Consafe Logistics project owner and steering group as early as possible about possible risks, deviations, opportunities and necessary actions
- Represent project group and Consafe Logistics towards customer
- Represent customer and project internally
- Evaluate and analyze the project result and contribute to improvements
- Building long term relationships with the customer and contribute to an efficient and positive working climate in the project group and with the customer
Your profile
Since we are expanding towards Belgium, we are specifically looking for Belgium employees.
To be successful in this role you need to have a strong (5+ years) experience in successfully managing complex large-scale IT projects. If you have gained this experience in handling projects for Warehouse Management or Supply Chain software that would be a benefit.
You have a structured way of working and are a good communicator who is convincing, motivating and challenging. You are able to manage expectations towards stakeholders on different levels, both internally and externally.
Furthermore you have:
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
An assessment will be part of the selection procedure.
