We’re now looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our new sales team in Sweden. In this role, you’ll focus on acquiring new customers and driving long-term business relationships – all while representing a product that makes warehouse operations smarter, more effective, and more sustainable.

We design a product and technology that make warehouse operations of logistics and supply chain companies smarter, more effective, and thus more sustainable. We’ve been in the business for more than 40 years, providing warehouse management systems for many great brands and organizations all over the globe, and we still love doing it!

About the role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the entire sales process – from identifying prospects and analyzing needs, to presenting solutions and closing contracts. You’ll mainly work with medium- to large-sized companies with complex operations, often internationally.
This is a consultative and project-based sales role, where you’ll collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and senior-level decision-makers at the customer side. You’ll be supported by our marketing team and product experts but are expected to proactively drive your own pipeline and build long-term relationships that result in lasting business value. You’re comfortable using LinkedIn to build trust and stay top-of-mind with potential clients.
You will report to the Sales Director Sweden. Your closest team colleagues are based at our office in Lund, where we also have our headquarters with management and many of our experts. We see it as an advantage if you are located in or near Lund, but for the right candidate, we are open to other locations in Sweden – as long as you are able to spend time at the Lund office on a regular basis.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage with new potential customers
- Build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead to signed contract
- Coordinate internal experts and manage the sales project
- Represent Consafe Logistics at customer meetings, events, and trade fairs
What makes you a great candidate
We believe that the following experience and qualifications will help you to be successful in this role:
- Minimum 8 years of documented success in complex B2B sales
- Experience from solution-oriented sales, preferably in software (WMS, ERP or similar)
- Used to managing long sales cycles and high-value deals - experience from international sales is a strong advantage.
- A university degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
- Professional proficiency in English and Swedish

Other information
This is a permanent, full-time position. Some travel will be required.
