Consafe Logistics is a software product company. We design a warehouse management system and warehouse control system (WMS & WCS) that make warehouse operations of logistics and supply chain companies smarter, more effective, and thus more sustainable. About the role

You will be part of the team managing our largest customer account – a global leader in furniture manufacturing and retail. You will lead a team of 15 engineers and take broad responsibility for the software development of our customer’s application. This includes quality, technical roadmap, internal tools, continuous improvement, and resource planning. You will report to the Division Manager and be part of the Division’s leadership team.

Working with your team, you will focus on system architecture, automation, agile development, automated testing, and more. You will be a key driver of technical development and continuous improvement while coaching and developing your team.

Your profile

You are a technically skilled leader who combines strategic thinking with operational delivery. You have experience building and leading high-performing teams and are comfortable communicating technology in a business-focused way. Strong experience in direct customer collaboration is essential.

We are looking for someone with:

• Relevant academic education in software development or equivalent experience

• 5+ years leading technical teams

• Solid understanding of system architecture, design principles, and modern technologies (.NET, TypeScript, Python, SQL, C/C++)

• Experience with product ownership, roadmap management, and managing technical debt

• Strong knowledge of agile development, CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation

• Ability to drive continuous improvement and change management

• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration

• Values-driven leadership that builds trust and transparency
