We are looking for a commercially driven and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Denmark, Finland and Norway. About the role
As Sales Director for Denmark, Finland and Norway you will lead and develop our sales team with responsibility for both new customer acquisition and growth of existing customer relationships. You will shape and execute our sales strategy, drive key customer engagements, and work closely with the broader organization to ensure alignment and impact.
The role is both strategic and hands-on. Youâll manage complex B2B sales processes with long cycles, building relationships with senior stakeholders across logistics, IT, and operations. Your ability to stay top-of-mind with both prospective customers and existing clients, building long-term partnerships as well as identifying new business opportunities is critical for success. We believe you enjoy and master social selling, leveraging that to connect with prospects and strengthen relationships through value-driven dialogue.
This role reports to MD for Denmark, Finland and Norway and is part of the local management team, where you will work closely with your colleagues responsible for Operations. In addition to your closest team, you are expected to be part of and contribute to forums cross CL Group to be part of our journey towards sales excellence.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the local sales teams
Drive new business opportunities and lead complex sales processes to win new customers
Develop and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring long-term value, retention, and expansion
Take full ownership of local sales strategy development and execution
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to ensure a high-quality customer journey
Represent Consafe Logistics in customer dialogues, local industry forums, and events
What makes you a great candidate?
Experience and qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales. Background in selling enterprise software like WMS, ERP or similar is a strong advantage
Proven track record in developing new accounts, securing new customers, and growing existing customer relationship
Proven leadership experience
Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish
A university degree (Bachelor's or Masterâs) in a relevant field

Other information
This is a permanent full-time position based on some of our offices in Copenhagen, Kjeller or Helsinki where some of your team members are located. Some travel will be required.
