About the role
As Project Manager at Consafe Logistics, you will be the trusted lead for our customers during critical WMS implementations and changes – projects that impact their core operations. Your structured approach and excellent communication skills will help you build trust and keep all stakeholders aligned.

You will work closely with our operations team to plan, execute, monitor, and control project resources, timelines, risks, and budgets, ensuring transparent and timely communication through progress reports and steering group meetings. Proactively identifying risks and opportunities, you will provide early alerts to project owners and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Representing both the customer and Consafe Logistics internally, you will ensure customer needs are understood and met while fostering strong long-term relationships. After project completion, you will evaluate outcomes and contribute to continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring according to our project methodology (Promise)

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and resources

• Organize and lead steering group meetings and maintain clear progress reporting

• Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams throughout the project

• Evaluate project results and recommend improvements for future initiatives

Your profile
To thrive in this role, you bring strong organizational skills, a structured and detail-oriented way of working, and excellent communication abilities in Dutch and English. You are confident in managing expectations and engaging stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Your leadership style is motivating and challenging, helping teams stay focused and aligned throughout complex projects. You are proactive in identifying risks and opportunities and skilled at fostering trusted relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience managing complex, large-scale IT projects, preferably within Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or related software implementations.
