About the role
The Sales Partnership Executive will be responsible for driving growth, deepening strategic alignment, and maximizing commercial outcomes within one of Consafe Logistics’ largest partner accountants, an international warehouse automation company. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, structured stakeholder engagement, and the ability to identify, shape, and grow joint business opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with Solution Design, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Product Management, and the Group Sales Team to ensure we maximize the partnership’s impact and long-term value. The partnership business model is based on Consafe Logistics being the software system integrator for the automation vendor.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a partnership strategy to deepen Consafe Logistics’ presence and influence within the customer organization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across executive, operational, IT, and commercial functions.
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities created together with—or through—the partner.
Support joint business planning, strategy alignment sessions, and opportunity pipeline management.
Increase awareness of Consafe Logistics’ value propositions, product capabilities, and success cases within the partner organization.
Coordinate with internal teams (Solution Design, Operations, Product, Marketing) to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality customer interactions.
Monitor partnership performance, track pipeline development, and secure strong order intake through structured follow-up and proactive activity.
Represent Consafe Logistics at events, business reviews, and key customer meetings.
Account Manager during sales projects.
Overall responsible for the relationship with the customer and have deep insights into project implementations and make sure to organize follow-up meetings.
Work closely with Consafe Logistics’ Legal, Operations, and Solution Design teams, and the partner sales, engineering and purchasing organization, to ensure that all agreements, both project contracts and service agreements—are negotiated, validated, and finalized in a good way.

Awareness of Consafe Logistics within Partner Organization
Ensure relevant teams within the partner understand our product portfolio, key differentiators, roadmap, and operational excellence.
Drive structured communication initiatives, including joint workshops, capability presentations, and targeted campaigns (leveraging marketing resources).
Position Consafe Logistics as a trusted, strategic partner across all levels.
Stakeholder Mapping and Relationship Building with partner
Map decision makers, influencers, operational contacts, and strategic leadership across the target account.
Build multithreaded relationships to secure a stable, long-term partnership foundation.
Create a structured engagement plan ensuring regular touchpoints, business reviews, and proactive dialogue.
Identify emerging partnership champions and nurture internal advocates for Consafe Logistics.
Drive deal engagement
Support business development together with the partner.
Support the partner in sales cases and coordinate our expertise and bid team to secure timely and professional support.
When requested by the partner, support in end customer discussions.

Group Sales Team – for best practices, shared insights, and broader sales support.
Key KPIs
Performance will be measured through clear, outcome driven metrics:
1. Order intake from partnership
Confirmed commercial outcomes and revenue contribution.
2. Pipeline value
Total qualified business potential influenced or generated through the partnership.
3. Number of qualified opportunities created
Demonstrated pipeline growth with clearly defined customer needs and potential solutions.
4. Number of stakeholder contacts within the target account
Depth and breadth of relationship mapping and engagement.
Your profile
Several years of experience in sales, key account management, or partnership management within a B2B environment.
Experience working with complex solution sales, preferably within software, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse automation.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and grow business opportunities.
Experience navigating and influencing complex organizations and partner ecosystems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Structured and proactive way of working, with strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, operations, and marketing.
Comfortable working in an international environment and managing relationships across cultures and functions.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at one of our offices in Sweden or in the Benelux. Occasional business trips are a natural part of the job.
