Business Development Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist that can grow our position on the market by creating long-term relationships with new and existing customers. The position will focus on proactive solution sales where you are responsible for driving the complete sales process from initial contacts, need analysis to presentation and closing business. Our customers are mainly large and medium-sized companies with international operations. You will be interacting with both senior management, IT/logistics and warehouse managers, which requires good communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
To assist you in the exploration work, you have the marketing department that creates the foundation for sales efforts in different types of lead generation and marketing activities. The work is project-oriented and as a Business Development Specialist, you are accountable for the sales project. You will be responsible for the coordination of all internal functions and the expertise that needs to be involved in the sales activities.
In this role you will be reporting to our Sales Director that is a part of the Polish management team.
What makes you a great candidate?
To be successful in this position, we think that you have 3-5 years of well-documented experience in complex B2B solution sales as well as excellent skills in establishing customer relations and creating long-term business. Experience from logistics and /or business IT systems is meritorious.
As a Business Development Specialist, you have the ultimate responsibility towards customers, which places high demands on a well-structured approach and good prioritization but also of accuracy and ability to analyze, quickly identify and translate customer needs into constructive business solutions.
To reach the set goals, you are business-oriented, trustworthy, and responsive to the needs of the customers, but also enduring, consistent, energetic and effective.
Many of our customers are in an international market and therefore the position requires good English literacy in both verbal and writing. We also believe that you have a university degree or similar.

This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible at our office in Warsaw. We offer a cafeteria benefit system, which means, that you can choose among sport card, lunch card, vouchers etc. We also offer private medical service. We work in a hybrid mode.
